Jolie has been a lay minister in the Catholic Church since 1986, and holds degrees in Theology, Pastoral Ministry, Spirituality, and Elementary Education, plus certificates in Spiritual Direction and Pastoral Counseling. She has served the needs of youth of all ages, from preschool to college. Her years of experience in social work provided her with training in social/emotional learning, trauma-informed care, de-escalation skills, and various developmental disabilities. She has facilitated both spiritual and secular workshops and retreats in a number of countries and says, “I am excited to serve the students, families, faculty, and staff of All Saints in this new role.”
